However, there are times when more or less time between sessions are needed and times when people may not be financially capable of what we generally find to work best. If you are in one of these situations, you are encouraged to discuss this with your therapist so you may achieve the best possible outcome.
Sometimes, our therapists do run early or late, depending on the needs of the people who are scheduled before you. If your therapist is running early, you will not be expected to begin earlier than your scheduled time unless you agree to do so. In most cases, the therapeutic hour will still apply. If your therapist is running late, they will start the session as soon as possible and will give you the full therapeutic hour, unless you have to leave. Our therapists will never make you wait longer than 15 minutes for your appointment, unless you have been called and agree to wait.
We also understand things can come up unexpectedly. So if something happens and you need to cancel or change your appointment, you may do so without any consequence, as long as you give us 24 hours notice. Unfortunately, if someone forgets their appointment, or doesn't call, they will be charged for the appointment. We don't do this to be mean, but everyday someone calls with an emergency and we can give them your time, if we know you will not be able to attend.
